1. Acceptance
Accessing Evidence Codex ("the Site") constitutes agreement to these Terms of Use and to the Medical Disclaimer, which is incorporated by reference. If there is no agreement with these terms, the Site should not be used.
2. No accounts, no memberships
The Site does not require an account, does not offer paid tiers or memberships, and does not gate any calculator or reference content behind payment.
3. "As-is" calculators, guides, and data
All calculators, guides, and reference data are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose. Calculator results and guide outputs are estimates or educational summaries generated from user-supplied inputs and published reference data; they may contain errors and should be independently verified.
4. Intended audience
The Site is intended for adults (18+). It is not directed at minors.
5. No facilitation of acquisition
The Site does not sell, list, broker, or link to vendors of any compound. Calculators such as the vendor value analyzer operate only on manually entered figures and do not recommend or identify any seller.
6. Intellectual property
Site design, code, and original written content are the property of Evidence Codex. Reference data is independently compiled and evidence-graded against publicly available regulatory and clinical sources, which are cited on each relevant entry.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Evidence Codex and its operator are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of, or inability to use, the Site.
8. Changes
These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
